To request a Franchise Information Package, please provide your contact information by clicking on the "Franchise application Form" at the side of this page.

Opening your own franchise business does not have to be complicated. We take all the pre-opening hard work out of being an entrepreneur and walk you through every step of the way.

Once you have received the package;

1. Review Franchise Information Package
2. Complete and return "Confidential Body Wise for Women Application"
3. A personal meeting will be arranged at your convenience
4. We will provide a Franchise Disclosure document for you review
5. A deposit of $10,000 (fully refundable) is required to hold location or territory
6. Follow up meetings will be arranged to finalize all details
7. Sign Franchise Documents and pay balance of Franchise Fee
8. Select a location and negotiate lease (1st payment installment of $20,000)
9. Banking and financing details will be finalized
10. Design and construction of leased premises will occur (Payment of balance franchise cost)
11. Training and store set-up
12. Congratulations - Grand Opening Day
